Laura Roberts
SVP, Group Account Director

Serves as brand ambassador. Builds volume and delivers results. Immerses herself in client challenges and works collaboratively to develop creative solutions. Brings passion and energy to her team, and inspires new thinking.

Laura brings SPM a fresh perspective to traditional brand strategy and communications. Prior to joining SPM, she led the Walgreens Pharmacy business where she helped reposition the brand as a place to stay well, rather than a place to go when you’re sick. This retail experience will prove valuable to clients who are considering retail strategies. Before that, Laura spent 13 years in account management transforming well-known brands such as Ford, Gatorade and Microsoft.

Why I love healthcare marketing:
“A hypochondriac at heart, I’ve always had a fascination with health. Now that I’ve started a family of my own, it’s important for me to be educated about the latest trends, risks and news around healthcare. The work I do at SPM not only influences my decisions, it gives me a sense of pride – it’s bigger than just communicating the latest potato chip flavor or laptop.”
