Lei’s 20+ years of research and planning experience has helped big brands build connections with their consumers around the globe. She has a gift for bringing strategic clarity to complex marketing situations using a variety of tools, including The SPM SM Consumer Healthcare Decision Journey. Lei also manages the SPM Consumer Compass SM, the first study of its kind in the healthcare category that uncovers insights into how consumers’ opinions, self-image, and lifestyle choices influence their healthcare decisions. Her insights inspire campaigns that bring tangible results to the bottom-line.

Experience:
Prior to joining SPM, Lei was Group Planning Director at DDB Chicago, Head of Planning at Leo Burnett Hong Kong, and National Planning Director at JWT China. Throughout her career, Lei has developed successful campaigns for a wide variety of clients, including Abbott, Pfizer, GSK, P&G, Unilever, Johnson & Johnson, S.C.Johnson, Pepsi, Nokia, Samsung, Rolex, Levi’s, and State Farm Insurance.
