SPM Introduces Bill Tourlas as SVP of Innovation and Engagement
Last month, SPM introduced veteran marketing professional Bill Tourlas to our leadership team as SVP of Innovation and Engagement. In this position, Bill will lead our digital/new media innovation and patient engagement efforts for our many client partners around the country.
With nearly 30 years of experience in the Chicago advertising community, Bill brings a level of thinking and collaboration that enables creativity to thrive. He specializes in crafting unique interactions across traditional and new media channels to improve brand experience, as well as drive deeper consumer engagement and business results.
In the past, Bill has held senior management roles at agencies such as FCB, J. Walter Thompson, and Havas where he led Fortune 500 companies across a variety of industries. His client experience includes Blue Cross Blue Shield Association, HIMSS, Citi, Western Union, Sprint, AT&T, Kraft, and Smithfield foods.

Bill’s experience inside and outside of healthcare will be instrumental in his work at SPM. He will be the primary driver in the agency’s efforts to consistently reach new levels of innovation and engagement on our projects and to bring the full power of our ideas to life across traditional and new media channels.
Outside of the working world, Bill is an avid tennis player, a devoted husband to his high school sweetheart, and a father of three daughters.
