As Senior Vice President, Strategy & Insights, Kim focuses on driving deep consumer insights and incorporating storytelling into SPM’s client work. She partners with our creative team, incorporates a variety of cutting-edge research, and leads the evolution of our proprietary study, the SPM Consumer Compass®.
Kim brings a wealth of experience in consumer-packaged goods and other industries from her time leading strategy at Havas and Remedy. She has worked with top brands such as Kraft, Reynolds, Hefty, Purell, Valspar, Sonic, Anheuser-Busch, Citibank; in the healthcare space, she has partnered with health systems, clinics, associations, and healthtech including Rush, The Illinois Medical District, Vein Clinics of America, SouthCoast Health, SCL Health, GOJO/Purell, IBM Watson, and others. Kim uses her problem-solving skills and research chops to tackle any challenge, and her ability to connect the dots and back up strategy with data makes her an invaluable partner to our clients.
